What we collect
When you join our waitlist or sign up for our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide and, optionally, a favorite team you select. We also automatically record technical information sent by your browser: the page you were on, the site that referred you, campaign parameters in the link you followed, your time zone, browser language, screen width, and browser user-agent string. We do not collect your IP address, precise location, or any payment information.
How we use it
We use your email address to notify you when InsightGM Pro becomes available and to send occasional product updates. We use the optional team preference and technical information in aggregate, to understand which programs and regions our audience cares about and to improve the product. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or until it is no longer needed for the purpose described above. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@insightgm.com.
We do not sell or share your personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This applies to all users, including minors.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it. To make a request, email hello@insightgm.com. We will not deny you service or charge you a different price for exercising these rights.
Children
InsightGM is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, email hello@insightgm.com and we will delete it.
Service providers
We use Google (Google Sheets and Google Apps Script) to store and process waitlist submissions. When paid subscriptions begin, we will use Stripe to process payments; Stripe handles card data directly and we never receive or store your card number. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms.
Email preferences
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@insightgm.com to be removed. We will honor removal requests promptly.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
